I’m Christophe Diaz, Co-founder of Costa Republica, owner of Pavones Managers and Pavones Construction, a property management and a construction company in southern Costa Rica. I help clients buy, sell, and manage properties near Pavones and Zancudo, combining local knowledge with reliable, hands-on service. I also manage vacation rentals and offer personalized tours, giving visitors and property owners a full experience of life in this beautiful, remote region.
